FiveDrop is developed and published by Akif Mehmet Arslan under the brand name "LemonWorks Apps". This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights in relation to that information.

1. Data We Collect

FiveDrop does not require an account, and we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number within the app itself.

The following anonymous, device-level data may be collected automatically through third-party SDKs:

• Crash logs & stack traces (Firebase Crashlytics) – to identify and fix bugs.
• Anonymous usage events (Firebase Analytics) – to understand how the app is used and improve the experience.
• Advertising Identifier (IDFA / GAID) (Google AdMob) – to serve personalized or contextual ads.
• Ad interaction data (Google AdMob) – impressions, clicks, frequency capping.
• IP address (coarse location) (Google AdMob) – region-appropriate ads and fraud prevention.

2. Advertising

FiveDrop displays interstitial and rewarded advertisements served by Google AdMob.

• Personalized ads may be shown if you provide consent via Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) (for EEA/UK users) and/or grant App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission on iOS.
• Contextual (non-personalized) ads are shown if consent is declined or tracking permission is not granted. The app functions normally regardless of your choice.

We do not sell personal data. Advertising-related data is processed by Google AdMob in accordance with Google's own privacy policies.

3. GDPR & EEA Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, a consent dialog (Google UMP) is presented before advertisements are loaded.

• You may grant or withhold consent for personalized advertising.
• You may change your choice at any time via the privacy options available within the app.

Your consent status is stored locally on your device and automatically read by the AdMob SDK. We do not transmit your consent choice to our own servers.

If you are an EEA resident, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

4. iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14.5 and later, FiveDrop may request permission to access the device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

• If you allow tracking, ads may be personalized.
• If you deny tracking, ads will be served contextually without personalization.
• You may change this setting anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Children's Privacy

FiveDrop is a general-audience application and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Age requirements may vary by jurisdiction.

• Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics)
• Google AdMob

7. Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained according to Google's default policies (typically up to 14 months for Analytics and 90 days for Crashlytics). Advertising data retention is managed by Google AdMob. We do not maintain a separate user database.

8. Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and third-party services is encrypted in transit using TLS. We do not operate our own backend servers or store user data directly.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request information about personal data collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
