Gravity Leap is developed and published by Akif Mehmet Arslan under the brand name "LemonWorks Apps". This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights in relation to that information.
Gravity Leap does not require a traditional account, email address, phone number, contacts, camera access, or precise location access to play.
The following data may be collected or processed:
Gravity Leap stores some data locally on your device, including coins, high score, best zone progress, owned skins, equipped skin, tutorial status, settings, boost inventory, and local player identifiers.
Local data is generally removed if you uninstall the app or clear the app's storage through your device settings.
Gravity Leap may use Firebase and related Google services to store or process online data such as leaderboard entries, nickname reservation records, analytics events, crash reports, remote configuration, and challenge or gameplay state.
Leaderboard entries may include your chosen nickname, score, zone, planets crossed, and related gameplay statistics. Please do not use your real name or sensitive personal information as your nickname.
Gravity Leap displays interstitial and rewarded advertisements served by Google AdMob.
We do not sell personal data. Advertising-related data is processed by Google AdMob in accordance with Google's own privacy policies.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, a Google consent dialog may be shown before advertisements are loaded when required by Google AdMob or applicable law.
If you are an EEA or UK resident, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
On iOS 14.5 and later, Gravity Leap may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing data used for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Gravity Leap is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Age requirements may vary by jurisdiction.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through Gravity Leap, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Local progress and settings remain on your device until removed by you, overwritten by the app, or deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app storage.
Server-side data such as leaderboard entries, nickname reservation records, analytics events, and crash reports may be retained as long as necessary to provide game features, maintain security, improve the game, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize applicable server-side data unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform compliance reasons.
Data transmitted between the app and third-party services is generally encrypted in transit using TLS. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
